You are looking for a property in Spain, this is the way we work:
- We often meet our clients ‘virtually’, through internet, email, by phone or through introduction of one of our clients or meet you personally at a real-estate exhibition or in our office.
- Through personal contact we are filtering your wishes and demands and narrow the search down for you. Once we have a complete idea of the property you are looking for, within your budget, we will update you by sending you previews of properties by email, phone or fax.
Your feedback on these emails is very important to us to be able to match with your requirements. - We have access to virtually all resale properties on the Costa del Sol and all quality new developments by working together with agent-networks and property-networks. You don’t have to visit 20 real estate agents, we will do the work for you!
- Once you have made a selection of properties we will make an appointment to view them and show you around. We can assist you with booking flights, accommodation and rental cars.
- We advice you in making the best bid on a property and arrange all administrative and legal affairs for you.
Buying in Spain is not difficult but things work differently sometimes. We will offer you personalised, professional and experienced service and will guide you through the whole process of searching and buying!
